Photograph the symptom. Coop Doctor checks against common conditions — mites, lice, bumblefoot, sour crop, impacted crop, respiratory, egg-bound, fowl pox, Marek's — and names the most likely with confidence.
Care plans for the things you can fix.
For everyday backyard issues — mites, lice, bumblefoot soak, mild respiratory — Coop Doctor gives you the standard homestead protocol. For anything ambiguous or serious, it points to an avian vet.
Flock-wide pattern detection.
Track symptoms by bird. Pro flags when more than one bird shows the same symptom in 48 hours — usually means it's spreading and you need to act on the flock, not the individual.
"Is it Marek's?" decision tree.
For paralysis or sudden weakness, Power Pro walks the Marek's decision tree — vaccinated flock vs not, age, vision symptoms — and tells you whether to isolate, cull (humanely), or get a necropsy.
