What RepCheck does

Per-rep form score.
For squats, deadlifts, bench press, OHP, and rows: every rep scores 0-100 on depth, bar path, hip hinge, knee tracking, elbow position. The bad reps get circled with what specifically went wrong.
"What to do on the next set."
Not "your form was sloppy." Specific: "your hip rises before your chest on rep 4 and 5 — cue 'shoulders forward over the bar' on the next set."
Logbook that records every working set.
Date, exercise, weight, reps, form score, RPE. Filter by exercise. See your form score trend alongside your weight progression — catch when adding weight is degrading form.
Weekly AI coach review.
