Power Pro flags upsells that aren't required to fix the stated problem ("while we're in there" cabin filter, fuel system flush, etc.) and gives you a one-line script to push back.
Repair history that follows the car.
Save every quote against the car. Track total maintenance spend, flag warranty-eligible repairs, and see when something is being repeat-fixed (usually means the first fix didn't work).
