What BarkScan AI does
Photo-diagnose, not photo-guess.
BarkScan AI compares your photo against a library of common dog conditions — hot spots, ear yeast, ear bacterial, ringworm, atopic dermatitis, mange — and names the most likely matches with confidence levels.
"Care plan" or "see a vet."
For mild presentations, BarkScan AI gives you a daily care plan (clean with X, apply Y, monitor for Z). For anything urgent or unclear, it tells you to call a vet — not "ask your vet," which means nothing.
Track healing day by day.
Re-photograph daily. BarkScan AI compares against the first photo and tells you if it's improving, stable, or worsening, with a "see a vet now" trigger if it crosses a threshold.
Breed-aware reasoning.
A skin patch on a Labrador and a skin patch on a Pug have different probable causes. BarkScan AI weights its analysis against breed-specific predispositions.
